Why Real Estate with Rico exists
The most useful conversations in real estate do not always happen in public. Agents compare notes after open houses. Professionals work through complicated transactions together. Buyers and sellers discover that a successful move involves far more preparation, coordination, and judgment than they expected.
Rico wanted a place where those conversations could be shared honestly: professionals from different companies and markets explaining what they have learned, while the public gains a clearer view of the work behind a real-estate decision.
